Dearborn Cools Off Lancaster Residents
During the warm months in Chicago, the Lancaster Condominiums faced a critical need for an HVAC system update. The project involved replacing two 18,000-lb roof top HVAC units, complicated by the only viable crane setup area being atop a 4-story parking garage.
